เมื่อวันที่ 23 เมษายน 2555 บุคลากรฝ่ายจดหมายเหตุและพิพิธภัณฑ์ หอสมุดและคลังความรู้มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล เข้าศึกษาดูงานยังส่วนงานจดหมายเหตุและงานพิพิธภัณฑ์ ธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการบริหารจัดการเอกสารจดหมายเหตุ วัตถุพิพิธภัณฑ์ และการจัดนิทรรศการด้วยสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิคส์ โดยได้รับเกียรติจากคุณ ราม ป้อมทอง ผู้บริหารส่วน ส่วนบริหารงานเอกสารและจดหมายเหตุ และคุณน้ำทิพย์ สาครรัตนกุล ผู้บริหารส่วน ส่วนงานพิพิธภัณฑ์ พร้อมด้วยทีมงาน ให้การต้อนรับเป็นวิทยากรบรรยาย และนำชมการดำเนินงานในพื้นที่ปฏิบัติงานจริง

เมื่อวันที่ 2 มีนาคม 2555 คณะผู้บริหารและบุคลากร หอสมุดและคลังความรู้มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ร่วมงานวันครบรอบ 43 ปี วันพระราชทานนาม "มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล" ณ สำนักงานอธิการบดี มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ศาลายา ภายในงานมีกิจกรรมต่างๆ ได้แก่ พิธีสงฆ์ ทักษิณานุประทาน พิธีวางพานพุ่มถวายราชสักการะพระบรมรูปสมเด็จพระมหิตลาธิเบศร อดุลยเดชวิกรม พระบรมราชชนก ปาฐกถาเกียรติยศศาสตราจารย์ นายแพทย์ชัชวาล โอสถานนท์ ครั้งที่ 7 เรื่อง "แนวทางการบริหารจัดการองค์กรสู่ความยั่งยืน" โดย ดร.ไพรินทร์ ชูโชติถาวร ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหารและกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่ บริษัท ปตท.จำกัด (มหาชน) พิธีแสดงมุทิตาจิต และพิธีเปิดนิทรรศการผลิตภัณฑ์วิชาการ ซึ่งหอสมุดและคลังความรู้ฯ ร่วมจัดนิทรรศการวิชาการในหัวข้อ "มหิดลร่วมมือร่วมใจสู้ภัยน้ำท่วม" ในครั้งนี้ด้วย

On Friday 20, 2012 Mahidol University Library and Information Center, Love to Read Build to Learn Project, gave with complement some books, periodicals and magazines to automobiles division Office of the President Mahidol University. The purpose is to bring these information materials on the staff shuttle buses and the university staffs are able to read these important and entertained books and magazines simultaneously. In this project, Ms.Chaweewan Swasdee, director, gave these 11 baskets of books, journals, and magazines to Mr.Pairat Daeng-Am, Chief of the automobile division and the faculty received these materials

Prof Dr. Virapong Prachayasittikul, Dean of the Faculty of Medical Technology, Mahidol University along with the administrative board of executives welcomed Prof.Dedi Somantri Djamhuri, Dr.,Sp.B. and team from School of Health Sciences Jenderal Achmad Yani Cimahi - West Java, Indonesia.
