What are the opening hours?
Monday-Friday: 8:00 am. - 19:00 pm.
Saturday: 8:00 am. - 5:00 pm.

Do you have this book/journal?
- Use the library catalog MULINET to search for your book.
- UseFind E-resource to search for your journal.
- Ask a Librarian if you need help searching for library materials.
How do I borrow a book, and for how long?
You may borrow books at the Circulation Desk. To borrow a book, locate it in the library catalog, LIBCAT, fill out a borrower slip and hand it to the Circulation staff. Click on Borrower Catagories for use privilieges.
How can I find what is on-Reserve for my class?
- Paper copies of course materials are available at the Reserve Desks.
- For materials posted electronically, go to E-Reserve page (username and password are obtainef from the professor.
Can I e-mail a query?
Yes, send your queries to liwww@mahidol.ac.th. Reference staff will get back to you within 24 hours.
Where do I get help with my thesis?
- For research, call Information Services at ext. 4225, or e-mail for an appointment at liwww@mahidol.ac.th.
- For Citation software, register for a session on Refworks, by e-mail: liwww@mahidol.ac.th.
- For thesis formatting and submission, go to the web page liwww@mahidol.ac.th.
Can I print, scan and photocopy?
Yes, check the appropriate link for details :

Can I acess the Internet, and use computer applications?
Yes, in all library computer labs.
Can I use my laptop and wireless connection in the libraries?
Yes you can after registering your laptop at the MUCC Services (CNS ext. 2260/1). Refer to the Wireless Network Connection at the following link : http://www.mahidol.ac.th
Can I access library resources from outside campus?
Yes, with a valid MUnet account (your MU e-mail username/password). Check if your browser (Internet Explorer or Netscape) is configured to access the MU proxy server.
What should I do if I am having trouble accessing online resources from off-campus?
Check if your browser (Internet Explorer or Netscape) is configured to access the MU proxy server. Contact the Library Technology Division (ext. 4224) if you still have a problem.
Why is the full-text of the article not available electronically?
- University Libraries may not have a subscription to the electronic version of the journal.
- University Libraries may have a subscription to the electronic version of the journal, but not the volume in which the article appears.
- The publisher or distributor may not yet have all issues of the journal available electronically.
Can Non-MU users access the Resources?
Only users with a valid MU ID are eligible to use the libraries.
